Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries from Albrecht & Stelter GbR (æzone online shop) to consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Albrecht & Stelter GbR, Owner: Max Albrecht Schronfeld 83 91054 Erlangen, Henrik Stelter Wiesenstraße 59 90443 Nuremberg.

Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.

By clicking the button [Buy/order with obligation to pay], you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order with an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (i.e., a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal according to clause 4.1, you have to bear the regular costs of the return shipment.

apply.

Prices and Shipping Costs

In addition to the specified prices, we charge a flat rate of 5 euros per order for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page. Shipping costs depend on the quantity and size of the items ordered.

For payment on delivery, an additional fee of 5 euros is due, which the delivery person collects on-site. No further taxes or costs will be incurred.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components.

Delivery

Delivery is only possible within Germany with DHL go green.

The delivery time is up to 3 days. We will inform you of any deviating delivery times on the respective product page.

Payment

Payment is made by prepayment or cash on delivery.

In the case of prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

Dispute Resolution

The European Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a point of contact for the extrajudicial resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase agreements. Further information is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent consumer arbitration board is: Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We will participate in dispute resolution proceedings before this body to settle the disputes mentioned.
